About the Position: Tesla Advisor (Seasonal)

As a Tesla Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in facilitating a seamless delivery process for new Tesla owners while providing world-class customer service.

This is a hands-on opportunity to connect customers with Tesla’s innovative technology and ensure a memorable ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Vehicles and Documents: Ensure vehicles are ready for delivery and all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
• Facilitate Deliveries: Educate new Tesla owners about their vehicle and the Tesla experience during a customer-focused delivery process.
• Direct Deliveries: Conduct vehicle deliveries from Tesla’s delivery centers to customers’ homes.
• Team Collaboration: Work within a team-driven environment to meet and exceed delivery goals.
• Adaptability: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support business needs.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Customer-Focused: 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales with a proven track record of exceeding goals.
• Passionate About Tesla: Excited about Tesla’s mission and innovations in the personal transportation industry.
• Organized and Communicative: Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Flexible: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Licensed: Must hold a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada.
