About the Role: Service Technician
As a Tesla Service Technician, you are the backbone of the service centre. You’ll handle everything from basic maintenance to advanced diagnostics and repairs across the full range of Tesla products. Working with a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics, a variety of hand and power tools, and direct lines to Tesla’s engineering team, you’ll have the resources to do your best work every shift.

Technicians are expected to maintain a respectful and inclusive attitude, document repairs accurately, and keep shop equipment in top condition. You’ll also play a role in improving how things are done — your feedback goes directly to Tesla’s design and engineering teams.
Benefits and Salary
Tesla offers competitive hourly wages depending on your level of experience. Service Technician I earns $25.41–$38.12/hour, Service Technician II earns $29.48–$44.21/hour, and Service Technician III earns $34.56–$51.83/hour. All levels are also eligible for cash and stock awards. Responsibilities
