About the Role: Team Leader
As a Team Leader at Dollarama Vancouver, you’ll take on a supervisory role that keeps the store running smoothly. You’ll guide and support store associates, oversee shelf stocking and merchandising, and make sure daily shipments are received and processed efficiently. You’ll also act as manager on duty when needed, handling scheduling of breaks, time and attendance, and customer-facing issues.

Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, your day-to-day work covers both people management and store operations. From guiding associates on the floor to handling cash management and visual merchandising, you’ll be a key part of keeping the store running at its best.
- Lead and supervise store associates by providing ongoing guidance, support, and direction throughout each shift
- Manage store merchandising including shelf stocking, product organization, and processing daily incoming shipments
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met across the entire store
- Perform manager on duty tasks such as coordinating daily breaks and monitoring time and attendance
- Implement visual merchandising standards in line with Dollarama’s company strategy and directives
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards and contribute to their ongoing upkeep
- Handle cash management and perform store opening and closing duties as required
- Participate in inventory processes and assist with employee training and performance evaluations
Requirements / Skills
