About the Role: Assistant Team Leader

The Assistant Team Leader at Dollarama plays a hands-on part in the day-to-day running of the store. You’ll support the management team with store operations, help oversee staff during your shift, and step up as manager on duty when needed — making sure breaks are scheduled and attendance is properly logged.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with staff and customers
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a dynamic, high-volume environment
