About the Role: Supply Chain Process Analyst

As a Supply Chain Process Analyst, you’ll own the end-to-end onboarding process for vendors entering Canadian Tire’s direct ship and online-only programs. That means configuring systems, setting key parameters like lead times, transit times, and SKU ramp-ups, and ensuring vendors are fully prepared before going live. You’ll also be the primary point of contact for assigned vendors and programs, keeping everyone aligned and execution-ready.

Beyond onboarding, you’ll monitor order flow performance, resolve exceptions proactively, and coordinate with teams across Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising. A continuous improvement mindset is essential here — you’ll regularly identify opportunities to streamline processes and support the scalability of Canadian Tire’s supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

This role covers a broad scope of supply chain operations, from vendor onboarding and system configuration to day-to-day order flow monitoring and issue resolution. Each responsibility plays a key part in ensuring Canadian Tire’s supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently across both retail and digital channels.

  • Configure key parameters such as lead times, transit times, SKU and store ramp-ups, and order flows
  • Monitor order flow performance across channels and address exceptions proactively
  • Execute operational changes including vendor and channel transitions and SKU ramp-ups
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Direct Ship, eCommerce, Order Management, Transportation, and Merchandising to align on vendor setup and readiness
  • Manage vendor configurations, inclusion lists, and participation in key programs such as backorder and Canadian Tire managed programs
  • Support seasonal and promotional programs requiring order movement or setup changes
  • Investigate and resolve order flow or system-related issues, addressing root causes
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline operations and improve scalability
