About the Role: Store Manager

• Lead and manage all store associates and team leaders on a daily basis
• Oversee scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with receiving procedures to maintain product availability
• Enforce merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing
• Implement loss prevention practices and manage shrink effectively
• Train and develop team members to support store goals and individual growth
• Ensure compliance with Dollarama’s policies, health and safety requirements, and operational guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to uphold service standards

Requirements / Skills

• Previous retail management experience in a supervisory or store leadership role
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team toward shared goals
• Knowledge of retail operations including inventory, merchandising, and loss prevention
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as required
