About the Role: Assistant Team Leader
In this position, you’ll be an active part of the store management team, helping to oversee day-to-day operations and staff activities. Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Leader at Dollarama, your day-to-day will span both floor operations and team support. You’ll play a key role in keeping the store organized, well-stocked, and running efficiently while helping develop a positive working environment for your colleagues.
- Assist management in overseeing store operations and coordinating staff activities
- Handle daily shipments — boxing, unboxing, and processing incoming product
- Stock shelves with daily products in compliance with presentation standards
- Deliver customer service and resolve customer issues as they arise
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store
- Conduct manager-on-duty tasks, including tracking breaks and entering attendance records
- Perform cash management and store opening and closing duties as needed
- Participate in employee training and onboarding processes
Requirements / Skills
