Store Manager – Dollarama – Windsor, ON

The Store Manager holds a key position within the Dollarama organization, overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations. This includes managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring the store consistently meets company guidelines. Benefits and Salary

This full-time Store Manager position offers a wage ranging from $21.00 to $23.40 per hour. Your work schedule will be determined based on the store’s operational needs, which may include days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

Dollarama is looking for a candidate with proven experience in both retail operations and team leadership. The ideal person is organized, decisive, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a team management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate a team
• Ability to organize time and manage priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Comfort with physical demands including use of ladders, lifting, and repetitive movements
• Availability to work 40–50 hours per week, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Flexibility to travel within an assigned region when required
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
