About the Role: Stock Unloader Associate

As a Stock Unloader Associate at Walmart Canada, you’re responsible for everything from receiving and processing incoming shipments to ensuring products are organized and ready for the sales floor. You’ll pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature zones, pack totes efficiently, and confirm product selection and quantities with accuracy. Maintaining organized and efficient packing is key to making sure product quality and safety standards are upheld throughout every shift.

Working in this role means being a reliable member of the store team, following food hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times. You’ll clean spills promptly, operate equipment safely, and complete required safety checks. Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $17.75 per hour. • Unload and process incoming shipments and move pallets to the appropriate areas of the sales floor
• Pick and assemble customer orders from multiple temperature zones with care and accuracy to support on-time delivery
• Pack totes efficiently by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes while maintaining product safety
• Select quality products and remove any damaged or unsuitable items from circulation
• Complete documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels, as required
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following food hygiene and safety procedures and cleaning spills promptly
• Operate equipment safely and complete all required safety checks during each shift
• Support customers and teammates by providing assistance and helping resolve issues on the floor when needed
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
