Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll split your time between customer-facing service and behind-the-scenes stocking and merchandising tasks. Both sides of the job are equally important — a well-stocked, organized store directly shapes the experience every customer has when they walk through the door.
- Deliver customer service by greeting shoppers, helping with product selection, promoting items, locating merchandise, and resolving concerns professionally
- Cover assigned areas of the sales floor and assist with front-end coverage as needed to ensure all customer needs are met
- Zone and recover merchandise across assigned sections to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready sales floor
- Stock shelves and complete downstocking, apply product protection when required, and move feature merchandise to its modular location
- Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a safe environment by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
- Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs
