Responsibilities
As Sr Manager of Facility Operations, your work will span strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight. You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team, ensuring FedEx’s service standards are upheld at every level of the operation.
- Plan and direct all operations within the Station and Ramp service area to maximize customer service delivery

Requirements / Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Four (4) years of business experience, including a minimum of two (2) years in direct management of employees and operational leadership
- Recent management experience — the two years of direct people management must fall within the past four years
- Valid Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record (two or fewer violations/accidents in the past 24 months)
- Ability to work varying shifts based on business needs
- Bilingual in French and English if residing in the province of Quebec
- Proficiency in PC Windows environments and ability to complete all required training and assessments
