Benefits and Salary

This Shift Manager position offers a wage of $16.60 to $18.25 per hour (to be negotiated), based on a 40-hour work week. The position also includes a performance bonus as a financial benefit, giving you an opportunity to earn additional recognition for your hard work and contributions to the team.

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of kitchen operations and quality standards, with the interpersonal skills to get the best out of their crew.

• Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience in a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a food service or restaurant setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively during busy and slower periods
• Knowledge of food safety and quality control practices as applied in a fast food environment
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Ability to train and coach staff, ensuring consistent service and operational standards
