Assistant Manager Food Services – Tim Hortons – Saint-Rémi, QC

Saint-Rémi’s local Tim Hortons is looking for an Assistant Manager – Food Services to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s ready to step into management and grow their career in the food services industry — no prior experience required, as training will be provided.

Day-to-day, you’ll be involved in everything from supervising and scheduling staff to monitoring revenues and keeping operations running smoothly. It’s a dynamic role that keeps you on your feet — both literally and figuratively — and gives you real responsibility over a team of 5 to 10 people.

About the Role: Assistant Manager – Food Services

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be at the centre of restaurant operations, helping drive profitability and maintain a positive work environment. You’ll analyze the budget, evaluate daily operations, and monitor revenues to keep labour costs in check. Your leadership will directly impact how the team performs and how the restaurant runs.

Beyond the numbers, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising staff, conducting performance reviews, and making sure health and safety regulations are followed at all times. This role also includes balancing cash and completing financial reports, so attention to detail and a sense of accountability are key.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour for a 40-hour work week, with overtime available. Responsibilities
