About the Role: Senior Product Manager, Amazon Business Canada

As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon Business Canada, you’ll take ownership of the product strategy, roadmap definition, and end-to-end execution for core inputs that power the Amazon Business marketplace. You’ll act as a true business owner within your scope, representing the voice of Canadian B2B customers and translating their needs into features, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

This is a highly cross-functional position. You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Payments, Delivery Experience, Marketing, Pricing, Retail, Selection, and Product to improve the core inputs that drive the Amazon Business growth flywheel. Benefits and Salary

This position offers a base salary range of $115,800 to $193,400 CAD annually for the Toronto location. As a total compensation company, Amazon’s package may also include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs), with final compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life and AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), a Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be driving both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of product initiatives for the Amazon Business Canada marketplace. From capturing customer requirements to resolving roadblocks that could impact financial or product goals, you’ll be a central hub connecting business needs with cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for core inputs powering the Amazon Business marketplace in Canada
  • Represent the voice of Canadian B2B customers and drive solutions through extended tech and non-tech partner teams
  • Establish KPIs, identify performance gaps, and implement improvements within your scope of influence
  • Capture and document business requirements, translating them into features and user stories
  • Identify and resolve strategic and tactical issues that could impair roadmap, financial, or product goals
  • Conduct customer research and analyze performance data to generate actionable business insights
  • Deliver regular status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and precision
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Payments, Delivery Experience, Marketing, Pricing, Retail, Selection, and Product teams

Requirements / Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology

  • Technology product ownership experience in a complex or fast-paced environment
  • Data fluency — ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive actionable insights
  • Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights (preferred)
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management experience, particularly with senior-level partners (preferred)
