This position sits at the intersection of AWS field sales, partner organizations, and end-customer accounts. You’ll drive joint pipeline development, co-selling campaigns, and revenue growth initiatives — working alongside AWS Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Partner Marketing to shape new routes to market through enterprise migration, application modernization, data analytics, and generative AI solutions.

About the Role: Senior Partner Account Manager, GSI Partners

As the Partner Account Manager (PAM) for Canada Public Sector, you’ll serve as the primary relationship owner between AWS and its strategic GSI partners. That means building a CxO relationship strategy, coordinating executive business reviews, advancing key sales opportunities, and working with a global team of Partner Managers to manage a healthy sales pipeline. You’ll define and execute Joint Partner Sales Plans that target new markets and align with AWS’s strategic direction.

This role requires a builder mentality and executive presence — someone comfortable influencing without authority across matrixed organizations. The Canada Public Sector Partner Sales team operates with a Day 1 culture, embracing ownership, customer obsession, and a bias for action. You’ll be expected to advise on AWS investments and industry prioritization, lead an extended team, and deliver measurable results in a space that moves at start-up speed.
