Benefits and Salary
The typical hiring range for this position is between $64,000 and $106,000 CAD annually, with a target salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 CAD annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Analyst on the FP&A team, your work will directly support Canadian Tire’s Petroleum business in navigating a dynamic retail environment. - Manage the end-to-end forecasting and budgeting process in close collaboration with the Petroleum business and cross-functional teams

Requirements / Skills

- 3 to 5 years of experience in an analytical business role with a solid understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

- Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas; experience with automation is considered an asset
- Strong critical thinking with the ability to approach business problems holistically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels
- Familiarity with HFM, financial systems, or ERP environments is considered an asset
- Highly organized and detail-oriented while maintaining focus on broader business outcomes in a dynamic environment
