About the Role: Senior Enterprise Account Manager

As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager within the TMEGS vertical, you’ll own a defined territory or industry segment, driving AWS revenue and market share while building trusted relationships at the executive level. Benefits and Salary

The base salary for this position ranges from $123,600 to $206,300 CAD annually for the Toronto location. As part of Amazon’s total compensation approach, the package may also include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives where applicable. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D), a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and additional resources to support health and well-being.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be responsible for growing AWS adoption across a defined enterprise territory within the TMEGS sector. From building account strategies to managing multi-stakeholder relationships, your work directly shapes how enterprise customers in Canada use and benefit from cloud technology.

  • Drive revenue and market share within a defined territory or industry vertical, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans to accelerate customer adoption of AWS services
  • Create compelling value propositions around AWS offerings tailored to the specific needs of enterprise clients in the TMEGS space
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately manage forecasting and reporting
  • Engage with C-suite executives (CxO/VP level) as well as engineers and architects to influence buying decisions at all levels
  • Manage contract negotiations and navigate complex multi-vendor enterprise purchasing environments
  • Partner with the AWS ecosystem — including technology partners — to extend reach and drive broader adoption
  • Set account strategy and lead internal account teams through informal leadership to deliver results
  • Build long-term strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts to ensure sustained growth and customer success

Requirements / Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of software development practices and data centre, infrastructure, or networking technologies (preferred)
  • Experience with disruptive innovation and technology programs, working across complex customer organizations (preferred)
