About the Role: Senior Consultant, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships

Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Triangle Partnerships, the Senior Consultant is responsible for supporting the execution and sustainment of loyalty partnerships, with a particular focus on measurement, analysis, and reporting. You’ll develop and review economic and financial models, collect partnership results, and build scorecards and executive-facing presentations that drive informed decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable digging into complex financial models in Excel and presenting polished, well-structured materials in PowerPoint for senior audiences. The typical hiring range for this position is between $64,000 and $106,000 CAD annually, with a target salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 CAD annually. Final compensation depends on your experience, skills, market benchmarks, and internal equity. Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be deeply involved in the day-to-day management of loyalty partnership performance — from building financial models to preparing materials that guide executive decisions. The work requires both analytical precision and strong communication skills, as you’ll be engaging with senior stakeholders and external partners regularly.

  • Develop and review economic and financial models to assess the impact of various Triangle Loyalty Partnerships on the organization
  • Collect and report partnership results through reporting tools, scorecards, and executive-facing presentations
  • Prepare presentation materials that communicate partnership results, support executive decision-making, and track project status and progress
  • Analyze customer and member data to derive meaningful insights that support engagement initiatives through partnerships
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive partnership initiatives forward across the organization
  • Support the development of new processes and ways of working across the partner portfolio
  • Build expertise in loyalty and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the Triangle Rewards program
  • Research and aggregate information using public sources, internal reports, and discussions with business stakeholders

Requirements / Skills

  • High proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, complex financial modelling) and PowerPoint (charting, formatting, and professional presentation development)
  • Strong judgement and communication skills when dealing with senior audiences, external partners, and sensitive or confidential projects
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
  • Operational, loyalty, or retail experience is considered an asset
