The broadband salary range for this position is $64,000 – $106,000 CAD, with final compensation dependent on experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant, Enterprise Assortment Planning plays a central role in shaping how Canadian Tire builds and manages product assortments across its banners.   • Collaborate cross-functionally to quantify and refine guardrails, ensuring input from all relevant functional teams is incorporated to address customer needs and align enterprise goals
  • Prepare materials and insights for monthly performance meetings led by the Chief Customer Officer, ensuring data is clear, accurate, and presentation-ready
  • Translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations that can be clearly communicated to various stakeholder groups

Requirements / Skills
