This is a senior-level, subject matter expert position that goes far beyond processing change tickets. You’ll be leading Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, shaping IT governance frameworks, collaborating with executive leadership, and driving continuous process improvement within the ITSM program — all while keeping compliance with ITIL best practices, ITGCs, and audit requirements front and centre.

About the Role: Senior Change Management Specialist

In this position, you’ll govern and administer the end-to-end Enterprise Change Management process for one of Canada’s largest retail corporations. You’ll review and approve complex, high-risk change requests, facilitate CAB meetings, and provide expert consultation to technology teams, project leads, and business stakeholders. Your work directly impacts service stability, operational risk reduction, and the overall maturity of CTC’s change management program.

Beyond the day-to-day governance work, you’ll play a meaningful role in ServiceNow Change Management administration and optimization, support internal and external audit activities, develop executive-level reporting, and mentor other ITSM practitioners. This role requires someone who can operate confidently at both a technical and strategic level — someone equally comfortable leading a CAB session as they are presenting risk trends to senior leadership.
