About the Position: Seasonal Tesla Advisor

As a Seasonal Tesla Advisor, you’ll help create a smooth and customer-focused delivery experience for new Tesla owners.

From preparing vehicles to conducting deliveries, you’ll play a vital role in representing Tesla’s commitment to quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Vehicles and Paperwork: Ensure vehicles and documentation are ready for seamless deliveries.
• Facilitate Deliveries: Educate new owners about Tesla products during a customer-focused delivery process.
• Direct Deliveries: Conduct vehicle deliveries from Tesla’s delivery centers to customers’ homes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve common goals and delivery targets.
• Adaptability: Take on additional tasks as needed to meet business objectives.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for candidates who are:

• Experienced: 1+ years of customer service or sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Passionate: Committed to Tesla’s mission and excited about innovations in personal transportation.
• Organized and Communicative: Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Flexible: Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Licensed: Must hold a valid Class 5, G, or G2 driver’s license in Canada.
