About the Role: Sanitation Associate

Responsibilities

The Sanitation Associate plays a key role in keeping FedEx Supply Chain Canada’s Milton facility clean, safe, and compliant with company quality standards. From operating cleaning equipment to managing supply inventory, the work you do every shift directly supports product safety, operational flow, and a healthy workplace for all team members.

  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently throughout all warehouse and office areas
  • Follow assigned sanitation logs and cleaning requirements consistently on every shift
  • Use cleaning materials and liquids correctly as directed by supervisors
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and communicate reorder needs in a timely manner
  • Maintain floors free of debris and ensure a clean, orderly appearance throughout the facility
  • Report any unkempt areas carried over from previous shifts to the appropriate supervisor
  • Remove snow from designated exterior areas as seasonally required
  • Inspect sweeper scrubber equipment before and after use (when trained) to confirm proper function and condition

Requirements / Skills
