About the Role: Recruitment Coordinator
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll support a team of Talent Acquisition Consultants through the full cycle of corporate hiring. From receiving and processing hiring requests to creating offer letters and managing new hire documentation, your work will directly shape how candidates experience the hiring process at CTC. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for both hiring managers and candidates throughout recruitment and onboarding, making responsiveness and professionalism key to your success.
The role also involves working with external vendors to complete candidate due diligence checks, maintaining Talent Acquisition data files, and supporting ad-hoc projects as they arise. This is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in-office at either the Toronto or Calgary campus.
Benefits and Salary
The typical hiring range for this role is between $23.00 and $28.00 CAD per hour, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant factors. Responsibilities
As the Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping the talent acquisition process running efficiently. Your daily work will involve managing communications, documentation, and timelines across multiple active hiring files — all while delivering a positive candidate experience that reflects well on CTC as an employer.
- Receive and process hiring requests, managing timelines, expectations, and information gathering with internal stakeholders
- Create offer letters and administer new hire documentation throughout the onboarding process
- Serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers and candidates from recruitment through onboarding, including managing escalations
- Liaise with external vendors to coordinate candidate background and due diligence checks
- Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documents and data files on an ongoing basis
- Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by the Talent Acquisition team
Requirements / Skills

- Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 1+ year of experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to Talent Acquisition
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and candidate information
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), HRIS, or Workday is considered an asset
- Ability to anticipate needs, identify problems, and offer practical solutions
