About the Role: Part-time Package Handler – Preload
As a Preload Package Handler, your main job is to make sure UPS delivery trucks are properly loaded and organized before they head out each morning. You’ll be responsible for scanning, sorting, and loading packages onto the right trucks, following load charts to ensure each parcel ends up in the correct delivery order. You may be loading 2 to 4 trucks simultaneously, so staying organized and focused is essential.
This role takes place inside a UPS warehouse environment where conditions can range from hot to cold, and include dust, dirt, and noise. The ability to lift up to 70 lbs is required. You’ll be expected to follow all UPS package handling procedures and contribute to a safe, efficient preload operation from Monday through Friday.
Benefits and Salary
This position starts at $18.00 per hour, with a top rate of pay of $30.11/hour (based on seniority at 48 months). After one year of service, employees receive health, vision, and dental benefits. - Scan packages on UPS vehicles using handheld scanning equipment

Requirements / Skills
