This isn’t your typical package handling job. The revenue recovery aspect means you’ll be working with scanning and dimensioning equipment to catch billing discrepancies and maintain data integrity — a critical function that keeps UPS operations running accurately and efficiently.

About the Role: Revenue Recovery Package Handler

In this position, you’ll be responsible for scanning, weighing, and dimensioning packages using approved systems such as NSDS, DWS, and handheld scanners. Your primary focus will be identifying and correcting billing discrepancies — whether that’s incorrect weights, inaccurate dimensions, wrong service levels, or missing data — so that every package is processed in full compliance with UPS revenue recovery procedures and audit standards.

Beyond data accuracy, you’ll be expected to safely handle packages up to 70 lbs., keep your work area clean and organised, and communicate clearly with Operations, Clerks, and Supervisors when exceptions or system issues arise. Meeting productivity, quality, and valid scan targets is a key part of the role, and you’ll also be responsible for promptly reporting damaged packages, irregulars, or any technical concerns.
