Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight from vehicles and within the facility efficiently and safely

• Complete all required training including basic onboarding and recurrency programs
• Adhere to FedEx Canada operations standards and Canadian Customs regulations

• High School Diploma or GED — preferred but not strictly required
• Physical fitness — ability to lift 70 lbs and manoeuvre packages up to 150 lbs with equipment
• Interpersonal skills — ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team
• Familiarity with FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations — an asset
• Ability to complete mandatory training and maintain any required certifications or accreditations
• PC/Windows proficiency — comfortable working in a basic computer environment
• Bilingualism (French/English) — required only for candidates residing in Quebec
