About the Role: Overnight Produce Stocker
The Overnight Produce Stocker ensures the produce department is stocked, fresh, and visually appealing for our customers. You will maintain Walmart’s high standards for food safety and handling, assist with stocking and zoning, and adhere to policies for product rotation and temperature compliance.

Responsibilities of an Overnight Produce Stocker
- Ensure the produce department is zoned, well-maintained, and visually appealing.
- Rotate stock, check for expired products, and ensure proper product placement.
- Maintain compliance with cold chain standards, temperature recording, and food safety guidelines.
- Adhere to procedures for product handling, including ordering, clearance, and markdowns.
- Stock merchandise, downstock, and apply product protection as required.
- Follow Health and Safety guidelines and ensure the cleanliness of the department.
- Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
- Assist customers and provide exceptional service in the produce department.
