Working alongside the WHS site manager, WHS specialist, and Wellness Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for first aid delivery, injury prevention coaching, and workers’ compensation coordination. It’s a role that blends clinical skill with real human connection — greeting new hires, engaging associates on the operations floor, and helping build a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.

About the Role: Onsite Medical Representative

As an OMR, you’ll independently assess and treat workplace injuries, administer first aid, and refer associates to outside medical providers when needed. You’ll maintain thorough records, coordinate return-to-work programs, and participate in weekly case management and safety committee meetings. Your day-to-day will span everything from one-on-one health consultations to emergency response support — no two shifts are quite the same.

Physical readiness matters here: you’ll be on your feet for up to 12 hours, working in a dynamic warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels.
