OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate – Walmart – Winnipeg, Manitoba
Location: Winnipeg, MB | Company: Walmart
Walmart Canada’s Winnipeg Supercenter is looking for an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join their store team at 35 Lakewood Blvd. This is a regular/permanent, hourly position that puts you at the centre of the online grocery and retail experience — picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders so that Canadians can shop seamlessly from home.
Every shift, you’ll be moving through different temperature zones, assembling orders with precision, and making sure products meet quality standards before they head out the door. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting the details right, this role is a solid fit.
About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate
As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, your core focus is on picking and packing online customer orders accurately and efficiently. You’ll move between different temperature areas of the store, verify product selections and quantities, complete required documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels, and pack totes in a way that keeps products safe and space well used.
Beyond the physical tasks, this role involves customer interaction, helping resolve questions or issues as they arise, and working alongside your team to keep operations running smoothly. You’ll follow strict food hygiene, safety, and quality standards — cleaning spills promptly, ensuring totes are clean before use, and operating equipment safely. Flexibility across mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights (including weekends and holidays) is part of what makes this role work for the store and its customers.
Benefits and Salary
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $16.15 per hour. Walmart Canada also offers a range of benefits that may include stock options, comprehensive benefits coverage, life insurance, paid time off, a store discount, EQ Health, deferred profit sharing, and access to the Live Better U program. Eligibility for certain benefits is based on hours worked or employment status (full-time or part-time).
