Order Filler Picker – DHL – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join their team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s most essential logistics networks, this role puts you right at the heart of warehouse operations — picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently on a four-day work week schedule.

Working a Day Shift from 5:35 am to 3:45 pm, Monday through Thursday, this position offers a compressed schedule that gives you Fridays off while still earning a competitive hourly wage. About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, your primary responsibility is the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll replenish and pick product from bins and shelves, ensuring every order is correct before it heads out the door. The work is physical, detail-oriented, and essential to keeping the supply chain moving.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area is a key part of this role. You’ll also support physical inventory counts and transport completed orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Teamwork and attention to accuracy are central to success in this position.

This position pays $21.50 per hour. Responsibilities

In this role, your day-to-day work centres on fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently within a busy warehouse setting. Every task you perform — from picking product off shelves to counting inventory — directly supports DHL’s commitment to safe and reliable logistics operations.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Count product inventory accurately by location to support stock accuracy
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist with physical inventories as required by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times
• Obtain merchandise from bins or shelves using pick sheets or a handheld computer

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who are reliable, physically capable, and detail-oriented. You don’t need years of experience to apply — this role is well-suited to those who are newer to warehouse work and ready to learn. What matters most is your ability to work safely and consistently in a physical warehouse environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months is considered an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis throughout the shift
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical environment with attention to order accuracy
