About the Role: Letter Carrier – Delivery Agent

Your day begins at the depot, where you’ll sort and prepare deliveries before loading up a Canada Post postal vehicle. From there, you’ll head out on your route, delivering mail and packages to residential and business customers either on foot or by vehicle. It’s a role that keeps you moving and engaged throughout the entire shift.

At the end of your route, you’ll return to the depot to unload incoming mail and packages for later delivery. This role may be considered a Safety Sensitive position, and adherence to Canada Post’s Substance Use Policy is expected.

Responsibilities

Requirements / Skills

• Valid Class 5 or Class G driver’s licence with a clean driving record for at least 3 years (driver’s abstract required)

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions year-round
• Availability to be on-call as needed
• French language skills (reading, writing, and speaking) — French is essential for this role
