About the Role: 2027 Merchandising Rotational Program

This program moves through three progressive rotations, each designed to build a well-rounded foundation in retail merchandising. As a Category Business Analyst, you’ll work alongside Category Business Managers to analyze product assortments and develop data-driven recommendations that shape what ends up on store shelves. In the Forecast Analyst rotation, you’ll be responsible for building and managing SKU-level sales and demand forecasts, incorporating promotional cycles, seasonal patterns, and dealer ordering behaviour to optimize inventory. Finally, as a Replenishment Analyst, you’ll sit at the intersection of Supply Chain and Merchandising, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to keep inventory flowing smoothly into Distribution Centres.

Across all three rotations, you’ll be expected to think critically, communicate clearly, and collaborate across departments. Responsibilities

The day-to-day work across all three rotations centres on data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic decision-making. Requirements / Skills
