About the Role: Marketing Consultant, Triangle Loyalty & Partnerships

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Triangle Program & Partnerships, the Marketing Consultant plays a central part in planning, strategizing, and executing best-in-class marketing campaigns across the Triangle Rewards portfolio. You’ll collaborate with brand, creative, data analytics, and marketing operations teams to ensure integrated campaign execution across digital, social, TV, print, radio, out-of-home, and in-store channels.

This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The typical hiring range for this role is between $53,000 and $88,000 CAD annually, with a target salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 CAD annually, depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Responsibilities

The Marketing Consultant is responsible for driving the full lifecycle of integrated marketing campaigns — from strategic planning through to execution and performance evaluation. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and program partners to deliver campaigns that deepen customer loyalty and engagement across all key channels.

  • Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and collaborate with program partners to advance business and marketing objectives
  • Strategize, test, and implement digital-led marketing campaigns across diverse customer touchpoints in collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Coordinate with marketing operations, data analytics, and cross-functional support teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless campaign execution
  • Support the creation of integrated creative and media briefs that give partner agencies clear direction to produce innovative campaigns
  • Oversee implementation of mass marketing activities across Digital, Social, TV, Print, Radio, Out-of-Home, and In-Store Signage within budget
  • Manage internal reviews for campaign collateral to maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand standards
