Your technical depth will help bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Beyond the technical side, this role demands strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll drive interactions between development, platform, and product teams, maintain thorough documentation, facilitate training, and ensure that stability and security considerations are built into products from the earliest stages of design. Working within a SAFe Agile methodology environment, you’ll collaborate closely with IT units and business stakeholders to continuously improve processes and deliver operational excellence.
