About the Role: Manager, Freight Audit
As the Manager, Freight Audit at Canadian Tire, you’ll own the full scope of freight cost validation across inbound and outbound transportation modes — including TL, LTL, parcel, and intermodal. Requirements / Skills

- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or supply chain designation is considered an asset
- 5+ years of progressive experience in freight audit, transportation finance, logistics, or supply chain analytics
- 7+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of transportation rate structures, accessorial charges, and carrier contracts across multiple freight modes
- Experience with TMS and freight audit/payment platforms in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
- Advanced data analysis and reporting proficiency using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead through complexity and ambiguity
