About the Role: Manager, Fixture Support
The Manager, Fixture Support is responsible for end-to-end oversight of fixture ordering and coordination activities across all CTC banners. You’ll ensure that fixture plans are accurately translated into purchase orders, that orders align with approved financial targets and construction schedules, and that stores are properly supported through openings, renovations, and rollouts. You’ll own the quality, consistency, and scalability of the entire fixture support function.
Beyond day-to-day execution, this role involves driving continuous improvement across procurement workflows, managing vendor relationships, and acting as the primary escalation point for complex fixture issues that could impact store readiness, cost, or schedule. Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed environment are essential to success in this position.
Benefits and Salary
Canadian Tire offers a broadband salary range of $79,000 to $131,000, with a typical hiring range between $79,000 and $105,000 depending on experience, industry benchmarks, and internal equity. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll balance people leadership with hands-on operational oversight, ensuring fixture procurement runs efficiently across multiple banners and project types. Your day-to-day will involve coaching your team, resolving escalations, and partnering with key stakeholders to keep store projects on track and on budget.
- Lead and coach Fixture Procurement Lead(s) and Fixture Coordinators through direct people management and performance development
- Oversee end-to-end fixture ordering and coordination across all banners to ensure consistency, accuracy, and scalability
- Translate approved fixture plans and standards into timely and accurate purchase orders
- Establish and enforce standardized processes, controls, and checkpoints across procurement and coordination workflows
- Ensure financial alignment between fixture orders and approved targets, project assumptions, and construction schedules
- Act as an escalation point for complex fixture issues affecting store readiness, cost, or schedule
- Partner cross-functionally with Store Planning, Design, Construction, Operations, and Merchandising leadership to align priorities
- Manage vendor performance and support issue resolution related to quality, delivery, and service levels
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, late-stage changes, and execution risk across banner programs
