Benefits and Salary
The broadband salary range for this role is $79,000 – $131,000 CAD, with a typical hiring range of $79,000 to $110,000. Final compensation depends on your experience, internal equity, and market conditions. Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be accountable for both the strategic direction and day-to-day execution of inventory and order management products. From setting the product vision to coaching your team and removing delivery bottlenecks, the breadth of this position demands a balance of big-picture thinking and hands-on leadership. - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for inventory and order management capabilities
- Lead and develop a team of Associate Product Managers through coaching, prioritization guidance, and fostering a culture of accountability
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle — from ideation through delivery, performance monitoring, and ongoing optimization
- Drive solutions across inventory availability and visibility, order orchestration, automated ordering, split shipment reduction, and DC utilization
- Define and track KPIs tied to product success, and hold the team accountable for delivering measurable business value
- Partner with Finance and stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and cost visibility across all product initiatives
- Champion AI-enabled practices within the product team, building confidence and capability around tools that accelerate analysis, automate workflows, and improve decision-making
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in eCommerce fulfillment to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements / Skills
Canadian Tire is looking for a product leader who combines deep domain expertise in eCommerce or supply chain with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. - 5–10+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or supply chain domains
- Proven team leadership experience with a track record of delivering complex digital products at scale
- Strong understanding of inventory management, order orchestration, and fulfillment operations
- Advanced analytical skills with demonstrated ability to use data to drive strategic decision-making
- AI mindset — practical experience or strong interest in incorporating AI tools into daily product management practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Familiarity with financial modelling and budgeting processes, with a strong focus on accuracy and financial integrity
