As the General Merchandise Department Manager, your primary focus is ensuring the sales floor is consistently stocked, organized, and customer-ready. Responsibilities

Day-to-day, this role covers a wide range of operational and people management tasks. From directing associates on the floor to ensuring price changes and modular sets are executed accurately, the General Merchandise Department Manager keeps the department running at a high standard across every shift.
