Full Time Service Provider – UPS – Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada
UPS is currently hiring a Full Time Service Provider to join our team in Sydney, Nova Scotia. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work with a Fortune Global 500 company in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
As a Service Provider, you will be responsible for delivering and picking up packages from residential and commercial properties, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
In this role, you will perform physically demanding tasks, including driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying packages. You will need to practice safe transportation methods while traveling to and from destinations, always prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
As a Full Time Service Provider with UPS, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that packages are delivered and picked up efficiently and safely. You will be the face of UPS to our customers, providing them with the best possible service.
- Delivering and picking up packages from residential and/or commercial properties.
- Practicing safe driving methods and adhering to UPS safety guidelines.
- Handling packages of varying sizes and weights, up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs).
- Providing excellent customer service through efficient and dedicated service.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs).
- Compliance with UPS appearance guidelines.
- Excellent customer contact and driving skills.
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
- Availability to work 5 days per week.
