About the Role: Coffee Shop Clerk

As a Store Colleague at Loblaws, your primary focus is creating a positive in-store shopping experience. That means ensuring shelves are always stocked with the right products, maintaining displays to company standards, and responding to customers in a friendly and resourceful way. You’ll also assist with inventory management, product scanning accuracy, and setting up company-directed promotions and programs.

Responsibilities

Day to day, a Coffee Shop Clerk at Loblaws keeps the store running at its best by maintaining product availability and delivering genuine customer service. These responsibilities ensure every shopper has a positive, seamless experience throughout the store.

• Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs and questions
• Stock and maintain product displays and shelves to company standards, ensuring products are available and well-presented
• Ensure accurate product scanning at point of sale and identify inventory needs as they arise
• Assist with ordering to replenish inventory and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Set up company-directed promotions and in-store programs as directed
• Keep department areas tidy and organized throughout every shift
• Uphold health and safety standards across all department activities

Requirements / Skills
