Day to day, you’ll be shaping and optimizing customer-facing fulfillment products — from delivery and store fulfillment to email, SMS, and contact centre capabilities — while simultaneously driving the quarterly planning engine that keeps eCommerce delivery teams aligned and on track. It’s a high-visibility role with real ownership and meaningful impact on the customer experience.

About the Role: Associate Product Manager & PI Planning Lead

In this position, you’ll own product enhancements from initial concept through to post-launch evaluation, partnering with architects, engineers, QA teams, and business analysts to bring new features to life.
