About the Role: Service Technician

As a Tesla Service Technician, you’ll handle both routine and complex repairs across the full range of Tesla products. You’ll work with high-quality hand, power, and shop tools, use a company-supplied laptop for diagnostics and online training, and accurately document all repair work. Keeping shop equipment in top condition — and flagging when replacements are needed — is also part of the job.

Beyond the technical side, Tesla values teamwork and continuous improvement. You’ll be expected to maintain a collaborative and respectful attitude, contribute to vehicle delivery quality (including cleaning and detailing), and actively share feedback with Tesla’s design and engineering teams to help refine repair processes over time.

This is a full-time position with a pay range of $21.94 – $44.76 per hour, plus cash and stock awards.
