Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing a team of 5 to 10 staff members, guiding them through their daily duties and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently from open to close. Every task you take on — from scheduling to quality checks — directly impacts the guest experience and overall restaurant performance.
