Order Filler Picker – DHL Supply Chain – Calgary, AB

DHL Supply Chain is looking for a Seasonal Warehouse Order Filler Picker to join its team in Calgary, Alberta. As part of one of the world’s largest logistics companies, you’ll be stepping into a role that keeps supply chains moving and customers satisfied. The core of this position is straightforward: picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently. Working a four-day week — Wednesday through Saturday on the day shift — you’ll have a schedule that gives you a long weekend every week while earning a competitive hourly wage.

About the Role: Order Filler Picker

As an Order Filler Picker, you’re responsible for the safe, secure, and accurate filling of customer orders. Using pick sheets or a handheld computer, you’ll retrieve products from bins and shelves, ensuring the right items make it to the right place. Accuracy and efficiency are the name of the game in this role.

Beyond picking, you’ll also contribute to inventory counts, help keep the warehouse clean and organized, and transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment. Working safely and maintaining a tidy workspace are expectations for everyone on the team.

Benefits and Salary

This position pays $21.50 per hour and comes with a four-day workweek schedule. Full-time associates are eligible for a benefits package that includes medical and dental coverage, a standard Long-Term Disability option, basic life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and short-term disability. Responsibilities

In this warehouse order picking role, your day-to-day work centres on fulfilling customer orders with speed and accuracy. Every task you complete directly supports DHL’s supply chain operations, making attention to detail and physical readiness essential qualities for success.

• Pick customer orders efficiently, ensuring the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped
• Retrieve merchandise from bins or shelves using pick sheets or a handheld computer
• Count product inventory accurately by location
• Transport orders to shipping locations using non-powered material handling equipment
• Assist in physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly, and safe work area at all times

Requirements / Skills

DHL is looking for candidates who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to contribute from day one. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, though candidates with a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 0 to 12 months of warehouse experience preferred; 6 months specifically in a warehouse setting is an asset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a consistent basis
• Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with physical demands throughout the shift
