Responsibilities

• Take customers’ orders accurately and efficiently at the counter
• Serve customers at counters or buffet-style service areas

• Package take-out food neatly and correctly for guests on the go
• Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs between customers
• Stock refrigerators and maintain food station supplies
• Receive, unpack and store incoming supplies in proper storage areas
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, appliances, cupboards, and equipment
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash to keep the workspace tidy
