Responsibilities
As a Flex Driver at FedEx North Bay, your primary focus is on safe and timely package delivery within the community. Every shift, you’ll be counted on to represent FedEx professionally while managing your route efficiently and handling each parcel with care.
- Operate a delivery vehicle safely throughout assigned routes in the North Bay area
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a timely and professional manner
- Lift and handle parcels weighing up to 70 lbs as part of regular daily duties
- Complete mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training and all recurrency training requirements
- Maintain a valid full G licence and adhere to FedEx driving standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service during every interaction at the door or on the road
- Work varying shifts, including weekends, based on business demand
- Operate in a PC Windows environment for route management and delivery confirmation tasks
