Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst, Store Design & Renewal plays a hands-on role in keeping multiple teams financially aligned throughout the year. From budget preparation and monthly close processes to tracking individual project spend and supporting business case development, this position covers a broad and impactful scope of financial work.

  • Support annual budgeting for Store Design & Renewal, including operating, marketing, and Merch & Owned Brands budgets
  • Manage reforecasting activities throughout the year by analyzing actuals, identifying variances, and updating forecasts accordingly
  • Lead year/month-end processes, including preparation and validation of accruals to ensure accurate period-end reporting
  • Perform variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actuals, and communicate key drivers to stakeholders
  • Produce spend reports for leadership, tracking YTD spend, forecasted outlook, and remaining budget by program and initiative
  • Develop project-level financial tracking monitoring budgets, commitments, invoices, and forecasts for active projects
  • Track and reconcile volume rebates related to POP, ensuring accurate accrual and recovery of rebate funds
  • Manage Dealer credits related to Store Design & Renewal, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with approved funding agreements
  • Support business cases and scenario analysis for new initiatives and design programs
  • Contribute to automation and standardization of financial reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Requirements / Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems, reporting tools, or Power BI is an asset
  • Experience with project-based financial tracking in multi-stakeholder environments
