Weyburn’s Walmart store is looking for a Fashion Associate to join the team at 1000 Sims Ave. This is a front-line retail role where you’ll be directly involved in keeping the fashion department stocked, organized, and visually appealing for every customer who walks through the door. As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, your main focus is ensuring the fashion department runs smoothly. That means processing incoming stock, replenishing shelves, merchandising non-modular items, and maintaining proper fixtures and signage as directed by the modular. Beyond the merchandising side, you’ll be expected to uphold Walmart’s safety and cleanliness standards by completing safety sweep logs and keeping displays secure. Working as part of a collaborative retail team, you’ll help plan and execute daily tasks and seasonal changeovers in a timely manner.

Benefits and Salary

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts at $15.50 per hour. Responsibilities

Working as a Fashion Associate means wearing a few different hats throughout your shift. You’ll move between customer-facing interactions and behind-the-scenes stocking and merchandising tasks, making sure the department always looks its best and customers can find what they need.

• Greet and assist all customers in a polite and friendly manner, helping them locate merchandise and make informed purchase decisions
• Promote products and services on the salesfloor and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues where appropriate
• Process and stock all incoming fashion merchandise efficiently and accurately
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items throughout the department following visual standards
• Maintain proper signage as directed by the modular to ensure pricing and product information are accurate
• Replenish seasonal merchandise in a timely manner to keep displays fresh and fully stocked
• Ensure fixtures and supplies are correctly used and replaced as needed
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards by completing safety sweep logs and keeping displays and fixtures secure
