About the Role: OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate

As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Yorkton, your primary focus is on picking and packing online customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll work across different areas of the store, selecting fresh and quality products, confirming quantities and product codes, and completing documentation such as pick slips and shipping labels. Every order you handle directly impacts a customer’s shopping experience.

Beyond order fulfilment, you’ll be expected to uphold food hygiene and safety standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, and operate store equipment safely. You’ll occasionally interact with customers and support your teammates when needed. The schedule includes a variety of shifts — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights — so flexibility is a key part of this position.

Benefits and Salary

This position starts at a minimum rate of $15.50 per hour. Responsibilities

Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate means you’re at the centre of Walmart’s online order operations. From picking products across the store floor to packing totes and completing accurate documentation, your day-to-day work ensures customers receive exactly what they ordered, on time and in great condition.

• Pick and assemble customer orders from different temperature areas with accuracy and care to support on-time delivery
• Pack orders carefully by confirming product selection, quantities, and product codes before sealing
• Select fresh, high-quality products and remove any damaged or unsuitable items from orders
• Complete required documentation accurately, including pick slips and shipping labels
• Pack totes efficiently to maximize space while maintaining product quality and safety
• Support customers on the floor with a positive attitude and assist in resolving issues when needed
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards, clean spills promptly, and ensure totes are clean before use
• Operate equipment safely and complete required safety checks throughout your shift
• Work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
