Responsibilities

Each shift as a Fashion Associate involves a mix of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes work. From greeting shoppers and helping them find merchandise, to stocking shelves and maintaining the visual standards of the department, you’ll play a direct role in keeping the fashion section running smoothly.

• Greet and assist all customers in a polite and friendly manner, helping them locate merchandise and make purchase decisions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and refer issues to the appropriate team member when needed
• Process and stock all incoming fashion merchandise onto the salesfloor
• Merchandise non-modular fashion items according to store standards
• Maintain signage integrity by using proper signage as the modular dictates
• Replenish seasonal merchandise in a timely and organized manner
• Keep the salesfloor clean, tidy, and visually appealing for customers at all times
• Ensure fixtures and supplies are properly used and replaced as necessary
• Complete safety sweep logs and ensure all displays and fixtures are secure and hazard-free
